Selero provides an order routing network, FIX engine, trade execution system, integration solutions, and application-on-demand capabilities to the securities industry. Since 1998, the Company has been providing rapid connectivity between trading partners, and integration between home grown and third party applications within organizations. More recently the Company has been extending its network with high value, complementary offerings, including a proven and robust trade execution system for market makers and specialists, proven connectivity to third party applications such as algo engines and data stream processing applications, and a broker dealer license. Selero’s customers include exchanges, hedge funds, retail brokers, broker dealers, market makers, specialists, regulatory bodies, and others.

Selero Integration Product Suite

The Selero Integration Product Suite provides a comprehensive transaction processing solution tailored to the securities industry to enable adaptable straight-through processing. Its unique integration capabilities give financial services companies a competitive edge by providing a reliable, high-speed software infrastructure for trading, order routing, and post-trade processing that can be deployed rapidly and adapted easily, with a low risk of failure. Selero’s suite enables clients to decrease the time, cost, and risk associated with trading, settlement, straight-through processing, counter-party connectivity, and internal integration. The suite includes: message transformation, message routing, connectors, a message repository, and a monitoring tool.

Selero Dominet Order Routing Network

Selero Dominet is a virtual order routing network based on the Selero Integration Product Suite. It was designed to take the complexity out of connecting to clients and trading partners, and it can be used to automate any type of process, such as trade order routing and execution, market data distribution, drop copy delivery, end of day open order reporting, OATS reporting, and so on. As a hosted service, Dominet is managed by Selero staff located in the Company’s Network Operations Center in Denver.

Selero Trade Execution

Selero Trade Execution (STX) is an equity trading system designed for specialists, market makers, proprietary traders, exchanges, and internalization. It was originally designed by a regional stock exchange to attract liquidity. Since its launch in 2002, it has been in the hands of blue chip firms, and execution volumes have grown consistently. The System uses the Selero Dominet network for order routing and exchange connectivity.
